TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms Governing Website Use and Purchases From The Girth Guru

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you browse The Girth Guru website, create an account, contact us or purchase a product. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using this website, you agree to comply with the parts of these terms that relate to website use. By submitting an order through the Girth Guru shop, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms that apply to purchases.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove, reduce or replace any consumer rights provided by law that cannot legally be excluded. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that legal right will continue to apply.

About The Girth Guru

The Girth Guru is a UK-based online retailer specialising in hyaluronic acid penis filler kits and related educational information. We have supplied customers worldwide since 2013.

You can contact us through the Contact The Girth Guru page or by emailing Girthguru@outlook.com. Our products are supplied online only and are not available for collection.

References in these terms to “The Girth Guru”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the business operating this website. References to “you” or “customer” mean the website user or person placing an order.

Who May Use the Website and Buy Products

The website and all products sold through it are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

We may refuse, pause or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met, that information supplied is false, or that the transaction may involve fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

Products are sold for personal use only. They must not be purchased for resale, commercial administration, unauthorised distribution or use on another person without their informed agreement.

Documents That Form Part of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the policies and information linked throughout the website. In particular:

•  The Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains cancellation rights, hygiene-sealed goods, faulty items and refunds

•  The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected

•  The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies operate and how visitors can manage their choices

•  The Website Disclaimer explains the limits of general website and educational information

•  Each product page lists the current contents, volume, important information and price for that particular kit

You can read our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Website Disclaimer before ordering. If a product-specific statement conflicts with a general statement, the clearer and more specific wording will normally apply, subject to your statutory rights.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, volumes, contents, photographs and guidance. The latest information for the 10ml Maintenance Kit, 20ml Advanced Kit and 30ml Ultimate Kit is displayed on the relevant product page.

Product images are provided for illustration. Packaging, labels, component appearance and minor presentation details may change while the essential product description and ordered volume remain the same. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

Where a product is supplied as a kit, the product page identifies the included components. Minor substitutions may occasionally be made where an equivalent component is required because of availability, provided the substitution does not materially reduce the kit’s intended contents or value.

Due to the viscosity of the filler and normal manufacturing tolerances, it may not always be possible to withdraw every trace of material from a vial. This does not alter the stated nominal product volume or your rights if the goods are genuinely short, faulty or not as described.

Educational Information and Medical Decisions

Website guides, FAQs, videos and product descriptions are provided for general educational and product-information purposes. They are not a diagnosis, personalised medical assessment or substitute for advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.

Before purchasing or using a product, you should review the How Penis Filler Works guide, the Safety Considerations guide and the complete instructions supplied with the kit. First-time customers should also read the First-Time User Guide.

You are responsible for considering whether a product is suitable for your individual circumstances. Do not proceed where the instructions identify a contraindication or where a medical condition, medication, allergy, infection, previous procedure or other concern may make use unsuitable. Seek appropriate professional advice where you are uncertain.

If unexpected, severe or worsening symptoms occur, seek appropriate medical attention. Customer support can assist with order and general product enquiries but does not provide emergency or personalised medical care.

Following the Supplied Instructions

Every kit is supplied with instructions that apply specifically to genuine Girth Guru products. You must read the complete booklet before use and follow the hygiene, preparation, placement and aftercare information provided.

Do not use Girth Guru instructions with another filler brand or use alternative product instructions with a Girth Guru kit. Products with different formulations, consistencies or intended uses may require different handling.

The Penis Filler Aftercare Guide provides additional general information, but the instructions supplied with your order take priority where they contain more detailed or product-specific directions.

Failure to follow the instructions, use of damaged or contaminated equipment, use after the stated expiry date, unauthorised product modification or use outside the described purpose may increase risk and may affect the remedies available where the problem was caused by that misuse. This does not exclude liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Results and Expectations

Results differ between individuals. Starting anatomy, the amount used, distribution, metabolism, tissue characteristics, recovery response, aftercare and other personal factors can all influence appearance, measurements, settling and longevity.

Photographs, reviews, measurements and customer experiences are examples only. They do not promise that another customer will achieve the same appearance, circumference, duration or level of satisfaction.

Immediate fullness may include temporary swelling and should not be treated as a guaranteed settled result. The Frequently Asked Questions and our educational guides explain the importance of realistic expectations and individual variation.

We do not guarantee a particular measurement, permanent result, improvement in confidence, effect on relationships or any other personal outcome. Product guarantees do not extend beyond the rights and remedies required by law and any express promise made in writing for the specific order.

Placing an Order

To place an order, select the required product, provide the requested checkout information and submit payment through an available payment method. You are responsible for checking the product, quantity, delivery address, contact details and order total before confirming the order.

After submission, you should receive an electronic acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirming that the goods have been prepared for supply. We may contact you before acceptance if information is incomplete or further verification is reasonably required.

When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

•  The product is unavailable or an obvious stock error has occurred

•  The price or product information contains an obvious and genuine error

•  Payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified

•  The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside an area we can serve

•  We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, resale, age-restriction concerns or unlawful activity

•  An order exceeds reasonable personal-use quantities

•  We are unable to supply the goods because of circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will return the affected amount to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. We will not cancel merely to avoid an accepted price after a valid contract has been formed.

Prices, Currency and Payment

The current price is the price shown on the product page and at checkout when the order is submitted. Prices, promotions and product offers may change for future orders without affecting an order already accepted at an agreed price.

The website may offer different currencies. Currency conversion, card-provider charges or exchange-rate differences may be applied by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be dispatched. Available payment methods may change. Payment providers process transaction information under their own terms and security procedures.

If a price is clearly incorrect and a reasonable customer would recognise it as an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order before dispatch. If the error is not obvious and the order has already been accepted, we will honour the accepted price unless the law permits otherwise.

Fraud Prevention and Payment Security

We and our payment providers may carry out reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks. This may include checking payment status, billing information, device information and transaction patterns.

An order may be delayed while a legitimate security concern is reviewed. We will not ask you to send complete card details or security codes by email or ordinary website message.

If you believe an order was placed without your permission, contact your payment provider and The Girth Guru support team promptly.

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly on working days. Any dispatch or delivery timeframe displayed on the website is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed date in writing.

UK and international orders are normally sent using a tracked service. Tracking information is supplied after dispatch where available. Current delivery information is shown on our contact and delivery information page and on individual product pages.

We are not responsible for every delay caused by postal networks, customs authorities, severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, security checks, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, this does not remove any right you may have where goods are not delivered within the legally required or agreed period.

Where no different delivery time has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require delivery without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Further general information is available in the government guidance on online and distance selling.

Delivery Addresses and Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address that can accept the chosen service. Check house numbers, postcodes, apartment details, names, country and contact information before submitting the order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Any redirection, safe-place, neighbour, locker or collection-point facility is controlled by the delivery provider and may not be available for every service or destination.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, uncollected or inaccessible, we will contact you where possible. Additional postage may be required for a new dispatch unless the failure was caused by us or the carrier. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the law and our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Risk and Ownership

For consumer orders, responsibility for accidental loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Ownership of the goods passes when we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered, unless the law requires a different result.

If tracking states that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery address, safe places, neighbours and collection information, then contact us promptly so that the matter can be investigated.

International Orders, Customs and Local Rules

We ship to many international destinations, but availability can change according to carrier restrictions, customs requirements or local law. Placing an order does not guarantee that a product may lawfully be imported, possessed or used in every country.

International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions, age requirements and any rules that apply in the destination country before ordering. We may refuse a destination where we reasonably believe shipment is restricted or impractical.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local handling fees may be charged by authorities or service providers in the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not collected by The Girth Guru and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customs inspection can delay a parcel. We will provide reasonable tracking and order information, but we cannot control the decisions or processing times of customs authorities. Mandatory consumer rights in your home country remain unaffected where they apply.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Online customers may have a legal right to cancel eligible purchases. The applicable period, return process, hygiene exception and refund timing are explained in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

In general, eligible UK consumers may notify a trader of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then have a further period to return the goods. Certain sealed goods may cease to be returnable for change-of-mind purposes when a protective seal is broken for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons.

Opening the outer delivery parcel does not automatically remove cancellation rights. However, breaking a relevant protective seal on a personal-use or hygiene-protected product may affect a change-of-mind return. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or mis described goods.

General official information about online refunds is available through the government guidance on accepting returns and giving refunds.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known and match their description. If an item is faulty, damaged, missing a listed component or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and supporting photographs where appropriate.

We ask customers to report visible delivery damage or an incorrect order within 48 hours because prompt notification assists investigation. This request does not shorten any statutory right or prevent a later valid claim.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include replacement, repair where suitable, price reduction or refund. Store credit will only be used where you freely agree to it and will not replace a monetary refund where one is legally due.

Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to view orders, save details or access website features. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity carried out through the account unless the activity resulted from a security failure for which we are legally responsible.

Information supplied through an account must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date. Do not create an account using another person’s identity or use the account to engage in fraud, harassment, unlawful activity or interference with the website.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, comply with law or secure the website. Closing an account does not cancel an existing valid order or remove rights and obligations that arose before closure.

Acceptable Website Use

You may browse and use the website for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

•  Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, servers or data

•  Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks or excessive traffic intended to disrupt the service

•  Scrape, copy or extract website content at scale without permission

•  Use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person or submit knowingly false information

•  Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or misleading material

•  Circumvent security, age restrictions, checkout controls or technical protections

We may restrict access, remove content or take other reasonable action where these rules are breached. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant service provider or authority where legally permitted or required.

Reviews, Messages and Other Customer Content

Where the website allows reviews, comments, images or other submissions, you must only submit content that is truthful, lawful and based on your genuine experience. Do not include another person’s private information without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, format and use that content for operating, promoting and improving the website and business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate, correct obvious formatting problems, refuse or remove content that breaches these terms, appears fabricated, contains unlawful material or reveals sensitive personal information. We will not knowingly present edited content in a way that materially changes the reviewer’s meaning.

Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults, security work, provider outages or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

We may update page layouts, products, guides, features or content. Such changes do not alter an existing accepted order unless we contact you and obtain any agreement required by law.

The website may contain typographical errors or outdated material. Where we become aware of a material error, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to delivery providers, payment services, social platforms, educational sources or other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control every third-party service or accept responsibility for all of its content.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy policy and security procedures. You should review those documents before supplying information or relying on the service.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, product descriptions, guides, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Girth Guru and are protected by intellectual-property law.

You may view and print a reasonable amount of content for your own personal research or order records. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, adapt, remove branding from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

The Girth Guru name, logos and distinctive product presentation must not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation or sale of genuine products where no permission exists.

Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it might happen or where both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where statutory liability applies, and breach of consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

We are not responsible for a loss caused solely by misuse, failure to follow clear instructions, unauthorised alteration, use outside the stated purpose or information that you knowingly supplied incorrectly, except to the extent that the law places responsibility on us.

Products are supplied for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business interruption, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity or other commercial loss arising from business or resale use that we did not agree to.

Nothing in these terms makes you responsible for a problem caused by a product defect, misleading description, our negligence or another matter for which the law places responsibility on us.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Neither party will be treated as breaching these terms because of a delay caused by an event outside reasonable control, provided reasonable steps are taken to reduce the effect and the affected obligations are resumed when possible.

Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, postal interruption, customs action, epidemic restrictions, cyber incidents, utility failure, supplier disruption, government action or industrial disputes.

If such an event materially delays an order, we will provide available information and customers will retain any legal right to cancel where the delay becomes excessive or a required delivery deadline cannot be met.

Privacy and Cookies

Personal information supplied through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information used for accounts, checkout, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies that may be used for essential website functions, preferences, analytics or other optional purposes and how visitors can manage consent choices.

Complaints and Customer Support

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you have a question about an order, product information, delivery, cancellation, return or website use, use the Contact The Girth Guru page and include your order number where applicable.

Please explain the issue clearly and provide relevant photographs or documents where these would help. We may ask for further information so that the matter can be investigated.

Nothing in an internal complaints process prevents you from using an external remedy or enforcing a legal right.

Governing Law and Courts

These terms and any contract formed through the website are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.

If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will normally have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. International customers may have additional mandatory rights and local routes that cannot be removed by these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the website, products, business practices or law. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

A new version applies to future website use and orders placed after it takes effect. It will not retrospectively change the agreed terms of an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or you expressly agree.

General Terms

If a court or authority decides that part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The affected wording will be treated as modified only to the minimum extent needed to make it lawful where possible.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived. Each right and remedy is separate and may be used where appropriate.

The purchase contract is between you and The Girth Guru. No other person has a right to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except where these terms expressly state otherwise or the law provides a separate right.

These terms, the relevant product page, checkout information and incorporated policies form the agreement relating to an order. They do not limit liability for a statement that was fraudulent or for another matter that cannot lawfully be limited.
